Triffletti & Costa, PC continues to monitor developments around COVID-19 and recognizes that some of our clients may be affected by the global pandemic. As always, our primary focus is the safety of our clients, employees and the communities we serve. Internally, our firm is taking necessary steps to ensure the well-being of our clients and employees and prevent any potential legal service disruptions, including providing remote access capabilities and continuity plans for servicing our clients.

Throughout our office, we are making additional efforts to disinfect conference areas, equipment, and workspaces. We ask our clients and vendors to utilize the bathroom outside our office to wash their hands before and after entry to our office. All doors have been left open to lessen continuous contact with communal surfaces.

For the protection of our staff and clients, for the time being, we are limiting in-person meetings to only those that are absolutely necessary. We are also asking attendees of in-person meetings to sign in at our reception desk.  Telephone and online meetings via Zoom may be used during this interim period.

If the situation warrants, we are prepared to serve our clients remotely and be available to them as we always are.

We are also prepared to work remotely if needed to ensure as little disruption as possible to normal operations, allowing us to continue to serve our valued clients.
While it is difficult to fully understand the reach or scope of the impact of COVID-19, the unpredictable nature of this issue does not affect our focus on serving you. The Triffletti & Costa, PC attorneys and staff continue to collaborate with our clients and community leaders to closely monitor these issues.  We are using the infrastructure, people, technology, and tools that we have available to assist our clients navigate these uncertain times.
